Liability: Gbets.co.za is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any technical 
issues, network disruptions, or other events beyond our control that may affect your 
active participation in the customer journey.

Bonus and Rewards: All bonus and rewards issues are subject to verification. Bonus 
and Free Spins awarded in the journey are bound by withdrawal turnover 
requirements and expiration conditions, which are displayed when accepting the 
bonus in the user’s account profile. Gbets.co.za reserves the right to withhold or 
retract any bins or reward in case of suspected abuse or fraud.

Termination of Participation: Participants may opt out of the customer journey at 
any time by contacting Gbets.co.za customer support.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South 
Africa. Any legal actions or disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South 
African courts.

Acceptance: By participating in the customer journey, you acknowledge that you 
have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

Bonus Money / Birthday Bonus

The bonus expires 30 days after being claimed

 

How to activate and claim your opening deposit match and other bonuses:

• In your Account section, click on Bonuses
• Click on Sportsbook or Casino (available dropdown option depending on the type of bonus received)
• Click CLAIM BONUS button
• A pop up will appear that you have claimed the bonus successfully
• You will be redirected to our deposit page to make your opening deposit
• After successful activation, your bonus funds will be available and display in the gold balance bar (under your real balance bar). Note that after successfully claiming your deposit match the bonus will be available for 10 Days after activated.

 

The bonus cannot be used on system / chain bets, Lucky Numbers or Live Games. After successfully converting your Match Bonus Gbets must verify the account with all details valid in order for the winnings to be redeemed. The maximum winnings permissible from the Deposit Match Bonuses are capped at R10 000, after converting the bonus.

 

The Deposit Match Bonus must be wagered at minimum odds of 0.70 (7/10). 

 

The Birthday Bonus is subject to a wager turnover requirement of 3 x (times) at minimum odds of 0.50 (5/10)

 

Should bonus requirements be met, a maximum of the bonus amount issued by Gbets will be transferred to your real money wallet (withdrawable funds). The additional remainder of winnings will be forfeited and removed from your account.

 

The maximum withdrawal of winnings generated from real cash that has been solely converted from bonus money is equivalent to the bonus money issued by Gbets.

 

The maximum winnings permissable from the Multi Deposit Match Bonuses is capped at R10 000.

 

The maximum winnings permissable from the R25 Welcome Bonus and Birthday Bonus is capped at R1000.

 

Gbets must verify the account with all details correct for the winnings to be redeemed.  

 

The minimum amount permissable for withdrawal is R50.

 

Bets placed using bonus money are not applicable to Cash Out and / or Edit My Bet features

 

In the case of a match / event being cancelled or called invalid, the bonus staked shall not be considered in the playthrough requirements

 

Should it be identified that a customer mistreats their bonus issued, Gbets reserves the right to deny that customer further bonuses in the future

 

Should Gbets deem that irregular betting or wagering has occurred, Gbets reserves the right to close an account, return deposited funds to the customer and report the customer to the relevant authorities

 

Bonuses offered are intended for recreational use only. Customers also have an option to not claim a bonus offered by Gbets

 

Unless stated by Gbets, respective bonuses are issued on a per account basis only, i.e. 1 bonus for 1 account based on IP address, family, home, email address, etc.

 

Irregularities between the name of the account holder and the name of the individual making a deposit/s for that account may invalidate any bonus issuing.
