The Gbets Rocks are ready to rock n' roll in the 2022/2023 domestic cricket season following the team’s recent squad announcement. The Rocks will be coached by former Proteas batsman JP Duminy, while Proteas test batter Pieter Malan has been re-appointed as captain.
The squad is a good blend of experience and youth, with internationals such as captain Malan, his brother Janneman, Christiaan Jonker, Hardus Viljoen, Farhaan Behardien and Stian van Zyl poised to offer valuable guidance to promising players such as Ruan Terblanche, Achille Cloete and Michael Copeland. The squad is further bolstered by experienced veterans such as Shaun von Berg and Ferisco Adams.

The team is set to soar to even greater heights this season in the CSA 4-Day Series, the CSA One Day Cup, and repeat the previous year’s heroics in the 2022/2023 CSA T20 Knockout Tournament.
